Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, due to custom restrictions, we only deliver within Singapore.

 

Can I get a refund on my order?

All purchases made are final and no refunds will be issued.

 

What are your delivery timings?

All deliveries will begin from 5 PM and end at 3 AM each day.

 

What are your ordering options?

There are two ordering options available:

1. Advanced Orders

- Advanced orders placed would be delivered as early as the following operating day or your specified date in your order notes
- Deliveries for advanced orders will start the next day between 5 PM to 9 PM

2. Immediate Orders

- Orders placed as an immediate order will be sent out within 1-3 hours, depending on your location
- Delivery timings are strictly between 5 PM to 3 AM only

       

      Is there a minimum spend?

      Yes, all deliveries are subjected to a $30 minimum order. Orders less than $30 will incur a small order fee to make up the difference. Please do contact us when your order does not meet the minimum order requirements.

       

      How much is the delivery charge?

      All advanced orders will have delivery fees waived.

      Immediate orders above $90, will also have delivery fees waived.

      Immediate orders below $90 will incur a $10 delivery charge.

      Delivery is available island-wide. Please note that Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands deliveries will incur extra charges. 

       

      How will my order be shipped?

      We will use a designated courier and all delivery times upon confirmation are estimates only.

       

      I have a specific delivery time request.

      Do note that we are unable to meet specified delivery time requests as our delivery routes are determined according to the orders of the day.

      Should you require a particular delivery time, we would recommend getting in touch with our team directly here.

       

      I have a special delivery request.

      If you have special delivery requirements (e.g. delivery outside standard delivery times, multiple shipping addresses), please contact us here or leave a note along with your order. We will be in touch to follow-up with additional pricing for special delivery requests. We will do our best to accommodate all special arrangements. However, do note that additional fees incurred will be paid for by the customer. 

       

      Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

      Yes, you can by ordering direct from with our team here and we will be in touch to assist in shipping to multiple addresses. Do note that delivery will be charged accordingly.

       

      Can I self-collect?

      Yes, you can self collect at our location at 1A Lorong 13 Geylang after ordering through our platform.

      Self-collection timings are strictly between 5 PM to 2 AM.
